By using the HorizonPlayer application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. LICENSE AND COST

HorizonPlayer is provided entirely free of charge. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal entertainment.

2. SPONSORSHIP AND DONATIONS

You may support the application through voluntary donations. Providing a donation is a one-sided act of goodwill and * does not entitle you* to:

• Any advantage over other users.
• Priority implementation of requested features.
• Custom modifications to the application.

3. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

HorizonPlayer is strictly a technical tool (client).

• It does not contain any content of its own. * All played material is solely in the hands of the end-user.
• The user bears full responsibility for the legality of the content played through the application.

4. CONNECTIVITY AND THIRD PARTIES

Full functionality requires connection to your own Audiobookshelf server.

• The Audiobookshelf server software is not a part of HorizonPlayer.
• We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or security of your private server.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The application is provided “as is,” without any warranties. We bear no responsibility for any damages, data loss, or other complications arising from the use of HorizonPlayer.
